Article Retraction & Withdrawal
The Proceedings of the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Digitalization of Science and Education (ICAIDSE) follows ethical standards to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record. Articles may be retracted or withdrawn when serious issues are identified after submission or publication.
Article Withdrawal
Article withdrawal is applied to manuscripts that have been accepted or published online but contain errors, duplicate submissions, or ethical issues discovered before formal publication. In such cases, the article will be removed and replaced with a withdrawal notice explaining the reason for the withdrawal.
Article Retraction
Retraction may occur when a published article is found to have serious ethical violations such as plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, or major errors that invalidate the findings. The retracted article will remain accessible to maintain the scholarly record but will be clearly marked as “Retracted”.
Retraction Notice
A retraction notice will be published to inform readers about the reason for the retraction and will be linked to the original article.
The editorial team reserves the right to retract or withdraw articles when necessary in accordance with international publishing ethics guidelines, including those established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
