Abstract

The article explores the features of economic translation, including the challenges of equivalent and non-equivalent lexical units, the translation of terminology, phraseological units, and neologisms. Special attention is given to linguocultural aspects, euphemisms, and various types of translation, such as literal, free, and descriptive translation. Examples from English, Russian, and Tajik languages illustrate the specifics of translating economic texts and highlight the necessity of profound economic knowledge for accurate and adequate translation.
