Abstract

This article explores the essence and pedagogical significance of personality-oriented education in higher education institutions. It identifies the main principles, goals, and conditions necessary for its effective implementation and highlights how the approach supports students’ cognitive, emotional, and professional development. The study highlights that transitioning to a personality-oriented paradigm fosters the development of well-rounded graduates capable of efficiently adapting to contemporary professional settings.
